Institutional Partnerships

HESA has proudly partnered with the University of Texas at El Paso to strengthen and elevate the institution’s student leadership development efforts through their Miner Leadership Initiative program for Fall 2024 and Fall 2025. HESA curated tailored workshops, strategic guidance, and evidence-based leadership frameworks. HESA has supported UTEP in cultivating confident, empowered, and community-minded student leaders. This ongoing collaboration reflects HESA’s commitment to delivering high-impact, culturally responsive programming that equips students to lead with purpose and positively influence their campus communities.

Organizational Leadership Workshops

2024: Delta Phi Delta Dance Fraternity, Alpha Epsilon Chapter

HESA Consultants LLC partnered with the Alpha Epsilon Chapter of Delta Phi Delta to deliver a transformative experience that bridges Organizational Leadership, Mental Health, and Branding for college student leaders. Through an interactive and reflective workshop, HESA guided participants in exploring how their leadership identities influence both their personal well-being and their impact on peers and the broader community. This collaboration empowered attendees to develop healthier leadership practices, strengthen their organizational presence, and lead with authenticity and clarity—advancing the chapter’s commitment to holistic student development.
