Meet the Founder

Erika Crawley, M.S. Ed is a dynamic leader in higher education with a decade of diverse experience in student affairs. Erika's journey has taken her across the nation, working with a wide range of prospective and current college students. With a Bachelor of Arts from Bethune-Cookman University and a Master of Science in Education from the University of Southern Maine, she combines her academic foundation with extensive practical expertise.

Erika's proficiency spans multiple areas, including Conflict Resolution, Housing and Residence Life, Student Activities, Student Conduct, Student Organization Advising, and Student Program Assessment. Her passion for advocacy and education shines through her impactful service at Hispanic-Serving Institutions, Historically Black Colleges and Universities, Ivy League Universities, and System Institutions.

Driven by a commitment to enhancing student success and fostering inclusive environments, Erika Crawley is dedicated to transforming the collegiate experience for students across various backgrounds and institutions.
