Erika Crawley, M.S. Ed., is a nationally recognized higher education administrator whose expertise sits at the intersection of student development, leadership formation, and equitable learning environments. With over a decade of experience across the full spectrum of student affairs, Erika has equipped thousands of prospective and current college students to grow as self-aware, empowered, and purpose-driven leaders.

Her strategic approach to leadership development is informed by deep practice in Conflict Resolution, Housing and Residence Life, Student Activities, Student Conduct, Student Organization Advising, and Program Assessment. Erika’s work spans Hispanic-Serving Institutions, Historically Black Colleges and Universities, Ivy League campuses, and multi-campus systems—giving her a unique, holistic understanding of student needs across diverse contexts.
